The housing, not the slogan
Across the Hudson: Yonkers, White Plains, Tarrytown remediation, and Westchester. New Jersey side: Bergen County and Paramus.
Rockland is suburban and hillside stock more than a walk-up story. Colonials and ranches in New City, Nanuet, or New Square often have finished cellars and a sump that ran after a wet week. Nyack and Piermont sit closer to Hudson humidity and leftover storm moisture; a first floor that “dried” can still hold wet pad. Spring Valley and Monsey two-families hide wet plaster at the sill and in the bath chase. Towns along the Hackensack and Sparkill sit on a higher water table. A buyer who wants a PDF is a notes field, not a promise that we walk in. Write “finished basement,” “Nyack hillside,” or “Colonial / plaster” if that is you.
You should get back: notes on every wet-looking room, moisture readings, what was not opened, samples only if they change the decision, and a next step. We do not quote a BreatheSafe price.
