Request stored. We are not the remediator.
The mold you can't see is the mold you breathe.
You notice a smell. A stain. A bathroom that never dries. BreatheSafe is where you start. We help you name what you are looking at, and we store your request. We are not the crew that opens the wall.

A licensed New York inspector or remediator is a different company. We do not send a crew from this form. Routing to a licensed local pro is off today.
NY housing, not a vibe
You do not need a lab name to start.
A musty smell, a stain by a window, a leak from upstairs, or a board asking for a report is enough. Feeling worse at home than outside is a reason to look at moisture. It is not a diagnosis. We do not give medical advice.
Steam risers sweat. Window units drip into the sill. A garden apartment sits against wet soil. Growth likes pipe chases, the back of a vanity, and the closet that shares a wall with a bathroom. Color is a bad identifier. If you can see it or smell it, the useful next step is a licensed inspection and a moisture find. Spraying and painting over it does not fix the water.
A real job (not ours): find the water, stop the water, contain then remove what is done, then get clearance from someone who did not do the tear-out. If someone offers to kill it in an afternoon with no containment, walk.
We take requests from the five boroughs and Long Island. A Westchester ZIP still gets stored. This page does not promise a visit in every county.
