BreatheSafe stores the request. We are not the remediator.
Jersey City mold is often a waterfront building or an old brick walk-up
A PATH-era walk-up downtown. A glass condo on the Hudson. A brownstone in Paulus Hook after a pipe leak. River humidity and fan-coil closets keep rooms damp even when the hall looks fine. BreatheSafe takes that request. We do not send “our Jersey City crew.” Take five yes/no questions, then leave a number. Or call (516) 928-MOLD.

A local contractor is a separate company. We do not perform the job, and we do not name one here. New Jersey is not New York’s mold-license setup. Ask for a written scope and an independent look after the tear-out.
The housing, not the slogan
Across the Hudson: Manhattan inspection. Nearby New Jersey: Hoboken inspection, Newark, Elizabeth, Bergen County, Fort Lee, and North Jersey.
Jersey City is two housing stories on one map. Waterfront towers and converted lofts along the Hudson get humidity off the river and condensate in fan-coil closets. Older brick in Downtown, Paulus Hook, and Hamilton Park is party walls, stoop drainage, and baths that vent into a shaft. Low streets near the waterfront can take storm water; a “dried” first floor still smells in August. A condo board that wants a report before anyone opens a wall is a notes field, not a promise that we walk in. Say loft / condo / brownstone and which neighborhood on the form.
Ask a local job for: a written scope, the water source named and stopped, containment, removal of wet drywall/pad/insulation in bags, and a look after the work by someone who did not do the tear-out. Do not accept “we spray and leave.” We do not quote from this form. We do not invent a New Jersey license number.
Neighborhoods are labels only. No child URL per neighborhood.

Five yes/no questions. No score.
Musty smell? Leak or leftover moisture in the past year? People feel worse inside? Dark spots or fuzzy growth? A closed room often humid?
Send the request. We store it.
We do not promise a named contractor, a 30-minute callback, or a 2–4 hour crew. Phone: (516) 928-MOLD.
